Automotive Engineering

Our automobile engineering team collaborates with other professionals to improve vehicle technical performance, aesthetics, and software components. The marvel automotive engineering team’s common responsibilities include designing and testing various vehicle components, such as fuel technologies and safety systems, as well as vehicle after-sales care.

Automotive engineering is a subfield of vehicle engineering that focuses on the application, design, and production of various types of automobiles. This branch of engineering entails the direct application of mathematics and physics concepts in vehicle design and production. Safety engineering, vehicle electronics, quality control, fuel economy, and emissions are all relevant engineering disciplines in this field.

Our automobile engineering team collaborates with other professionals to improve vehicle technical performance, aesthetics, and software components. The marvel automotive engineering team’s common responsibilities include designing and testing various vehicle components, such as fuel technologies and safety systems, as well as vehicle after-sales care.

Some of our services relating to the Automotive engineering includes:

  • Preparing design specifications
  • Researching, developing and producing new vehicles or vehicle subsystems
  • Using computerized models to determine the behaviour and efficiency of a vehicle
  • Investigating instances of product failure
  • Preparing cost estimates for current or new vehicles
  • Assessing the safety and environmental aspects of an automotive project
  • Creating drawings and planes for new vehicle products
  • Marvel offers Excellent communication and technical skills to work with key stakeholders within engineering disciplines like mechanical design and system engineering, to achieve program objectives on time.
  • Analyses of structures including loads and dynamics, stress, stiffness, stability, fatigue, and thermal. Analyses are generally performed utilizing Finite Element Methods (FEM) software packages like ANSYS.
  • When FEM models are appropriate, critical thinking skills are applied to develop a FEM to capture the appropriate behaviour of complex linear and non-linear structures.
  • Preparing strategic planning for handling additional CAE modelling processes and participating in FEA & CFD developmental processes and other engineering programs for creating new product designs or implementing the modification of existing designs as per new requirements.
  • Accelerated product development processes for meeting customer requirements.
  • Researching and studying design ideas for products.
  • Creation of 3D CAD models to produce prototypes of components / products by using softwares like Solidworks, autocad etc
  • Hybrid manufacturing of parts and products.
